waves can strike in any part of the world. We all know how unpleasant it feels

If you have a basement, then sleep there for a while. Heat tends to rise. So if
you find a place that is low to the ground, then make it your temporary
sleeping place.

Use a fan and keep it steady towards you. If you want to be creative, you can
grab a bucket, fill it with ice, then place it in front of the fan for added
coolness.
10.
